I think Mosley hit him in the head a bit too hard. He should focus on redeeming his name. Score some fights against some journey men. Then rematch Cintron, PWilliams and Clottey ( those should be his big fights).

I was a Margarito fan, I even met him and have pictures with him and gloves signed by him but after hearing about his hand wraps, Iam glad Mosley beat HIM! I gave the gloves away to my friend!!

I never said he was not proven guilty or proven guilty, I said have I missed something??????? Was he ever proven guilty that HE used plaster !!! And until he is PROVEN guilty , back OFF ! It was proven that it was plaster what he had for the Mosley fight that's why he is still suspended. If the laboratory would had proven thatt it was an old gauze or tape, he would had been re-instated inmediately already. He doesn't need to be proven quilty because he was not facing any court of law. He was facing a boxing commision which can determine to suspend any boxer if they have violated any of their rules or regulations with out any permission from no court of law.

By the way it is not 15 on this website that think like that. There was a poll asking about the punishment on this website and after more that 1,000 votes

35% voted that the suspencion was to short, 30% voted that the suspencion was ok, 20% voted that he should be banned for life and 15% voted that he should not be suspended.

This poll was taken after the laboratory confirmed that the hard inserts in his wraps were actually plaster.

I beleive that you number 15 is all the way around. You do the math.

Who the hell said hes getting reinstated??? If he fights in Mexico in septemeber he might never get his license back, and whos says hes gonna get it back anyways. and you say weak evidence but if it was that weak how the hell did he get suspened, and how come he hasnt got it back in 4 months already?? dude just stop already, you make your self look like a dumb ass

Boxingfan has got a point here with them having insufficient evidence BUT, the CSAC is not a court of law and we are not talking about him facing criminal charges in a penalty with the law,this is about wether or not the CSAC will ever reinstate him to boxing or not(and I hope they don't). The evidence you speak of does not have as much bearing here as it would in a court with the judge,jury and the whole nine. The CSAC will handle things their way,the judge and jury have no say in this one.It is all up to the commission and what they think. The judge and jury will have their say when and if they decide to charge him with criminal offenses.

There's not even the ghost of a need for a Mosely rematch....Shane dominated the entire fight and closed the show with a KO when nobody thought Margs could even be knocked out....

I would, however, like to see Cotto get another chance at Margarito, since most everybody believes Margs was a cheating ***** back then, and maybe for a few years. Wouldn't hurt to give Cintron another crack at him, also.

margarito took a huge risk fighting mosley and actually helped mosley get stock back up, before the margarito fight everyone said mosley was old and done, now he is on most p4p list, so maybe he should give margarito a shot back, idk but im convinced he never used plaster against cotto, that victory was vintage margarito and there is no way he possibly could have gone through so many fights using plaster. lets see what he's got now and if he gets wupped, hey at least there are no question?/?
