He had Oscar fight signed when called out by Williams. Cotto was free numerous times when Williams called him out. After Winky fight he said at the press conference he would love to fight Mosley/Cotto but Cotto instead to chose to fight a Margarito leftover

So Paul Williams must join Top Rank to get a fight with their WW. The only reason Margarito fought Williams is because he was forced by WBO and he loved his belt. Margarito also ducked a record pay day to fight Williams

Why do people of all kind cower away from the beast known as Paul Williams?

I heard some people are afraid to even speak his name (Cotto). The man was the first man to school Margarito with plaster and laid out the blue print to beat him. He went to 154 and 160 with some brutal stoppages and great win over legendary Winky.

He been ducked from 147 to 168, even the great Hopkins is questioning his abilities to beat Williams. Chad Dawson is scared to go to 168 and fight Paul. It’s quite that sad.

He offered the so called most feared man in boxing his highest pay day with chance to win ring magazine, but was blatantly ducked.

Flawless, why would you want to fight a guy that has a high chance of beating you, and brings no money to the table? You said he beat "legendary " winky, but did you see the arena? it was half empty. you dont see that in cotto or mosley fights. Please, do not put Williams and Hopkins in the same sentence again. HOpkins is a living legend that has made his bones in boxing, Williams is nowhere close to Hopkins status. Cotto is already fighting Clottey, and is a fight he can lose.
