A prime Mosley at WW,for sure beats Pacman easily,Mosley has good speed good power and never tires,i just worry about him getting old all of a sudden inside the ring!!!
Cotto is in his prime and also has great skill, plus he has genuine power and being Pacman is smaller than him,I 've got to believe he will land and at the end of the day,it will boil down to how will Pacman stand up to these real punching WW's,who have the skill to land meaningfull blows!!

i think cotto beats the crap out of both dlh and hatton on the same night and i dont even like him tht much but im not a liar

so...the point of this thread is people who pick pacman against pbf, cotto and mosley, its based on his two wins against oscar and hatton. now who is to say that cotto and mosley dont do the same thing? mosley already beat him in his prime twice and also would murder hatton. cotto would do the same to both DLH and hatton

hatton and dlh both already lost to mayweather 2 years before in different conditions (hatton was undefeated and with confidence of an undefeated fighter and DLH was 2 years younger, chose the ring size, glove size, the comfortable weight).

wouldn't cotto or mosley do the same thing if not earlier to hatton and dlh? and yes styles do make fights, but cotto and mosley are nightmares for pacquiao (cotto the best body puncher in the game and skilled boxer puncher who wears u down + mosley quicker, stronger, skilled version of pacman who killed margarito...and beat de la hoya when he wasnt a zombie

pacquiao hasnt been tested against true welterweights in their prime yet he is picked to win against some of them by his fanboys
just because pac destroys hatton doesn't mean every other fighter can e.g pac destroys barrera, marquez had a close fight.

hatton and cotto would be a tough fight, cotto likely winner but hatton would be tough. cotto and mosely dont have pacs footspeed and handspeed. comparing is a waste of time.

MY FRIEND, MANNY IS NOT A WELTER WEIGHT. LETS FACE IT 140lbs.SHOULD BE HIS LIMIT. THE MAN IS ONLY SO BIG. YOU KNOW THAT BOTH COTTO AND MOSLEY COULD EASILY FIGHT AT 156. SO GET REAL, 140 IS AS HIGH AS IT GOES OR YOU ARE NOT GETTING A TRUE TEST OF TALENT. THERE ARE WEIGHT CLASSES FOR A REASON,AMIGO.

I'm not a fan boy but, have you ever thought that maybe a size difference
is a little overwelming. Manny has already jumped enough weight classes.

                Co sign that

Hatton never should of fought Pac if you have trouble with lefty's, don't fight the best lefty.Hatton would of done better against Cotto or Mosely, he would of lost but not in the 2nd round.Pac gives trouble to any ww with that left hand. Here's the thing, Pac couldn't keep Marquez's little ass on the canvas if he fought Mosely or Cotto he would lose by at least UD if not KO by the 8th or 9th round. Same for Mayweather.

um... mosley had 2 shots at dlh and didn't put him in the morgue.

                  hatton beats cotto at 140.

mosley is too big for hatton and pac.

                  pac beats cotto at 140.

at the end of the day cotto and mosley are way to big for pac. I dunno why people want to compare jr WWs to real bonafide WWs.

pacquiao fought at 122 in 1999 while mayweather fought at 130 in 2001, the thing is, pacquiao is often picked to beat the top guys at welterweight when he hasn't proved anything there yet, do you disagree? yes cotto and mosley would do the same thing because they are welterweights, mayweather has already done it 2 years before in tougher circumstances and he moved up from a lower weight classes, the point is PEOPLE grow in weight with AGE, this is the case of both floyd and pacquiao because they were the same weight from the age 16 to now, just look up their fight night weights

my only point is people base it on the wins of hatton and dlh, when those guys are just names to add on true welterweights who would also beat them.
Did Floyd win the linear Flyweight belt? Maybe some people forget that and I actually didn't understand it either. Manny didn't just start as a flyweight. He won the LINEAR belt. That's like beating Kostya Tszyu back then at Flyweight though, and having the linear championship at a super young age. Most people would say OK, I won the championship, I'm done, outta here. Manny stayed in the game and look how far he's gone and accomplished since then.

So are you talking about pac at 147? you do realise pac has stepped up numerous weights to get to 147.....

If you wanna say that about any1 it should be floyd...hes been welterweight for 4 years or so and not had a fight with any of marg, mosley, cotto...

And pac has got up to this weight in the last year and you think hes gonna take these names on already?
