There's a big difference from going up 7 pounds in lighter weight divisions and going up from CW (190 lbs.) to a 250 pound HW.
What has that got to do with anything? Fact is, Haye unified the division that was below Heavyweight division - Vacated and moved up and got a title shot straight away. It happens all the time it the lower weight classes, so i don't see why the bridge between Cruiserweight and Heavyweight is any different? The weight difference shouldn't even come into it. It's irellivent.

Because if I was a HW and the I want to fight the best HW even those with WBC, IBF...etc belts I would wanna choose the best guy to beat up so I could take his place.

Right now Wlad and Vitali are the top 2.

Also beating Pac is something very good you get extra publicity and go from a boxing star to mainstream media star.

Pac is the man to beat if you are a fight around 140s not denying that but what have pac do with HW ranking system and if Haye deserve it or not?
Wlad and Vitali will not fight each other regardless so that bout is out of the question. Chagaev is the next best thing.

Because he should delay Haye Fight. This has given him an excuse

but the idea is what if I worked hard for so long to get a title shot then Haye just suddenly comes and take the title shot even without trying that much at HW.

Some people need years to get a a chance at the title which I believe is unfair for those fighters because they waited so long.

But that how things are done, usally what the fans wants and what makes money.

Nobody is ducking anyone, Haye is genuinely injured and can't fight on the contracted date.

Wlad has the option to fight for the ring belt which is worth more than the Haye money.

the talk got him a chance against Wlad but if he fought couple of HW legiet contender like 3 or 4 he would have a better contract and pubilicty but he want straight to Wlad thinking he is another Enzo.

I was cool wit him gettin a shot after unifyin CW. Haye was the only HW fight that could get cats excited. But now the injury **** ****ed it all up. Wlad ain't waitin, and Haye gotta put in some work to get back to Wlad. And since Wlad's gotta face Povetkin or be stripped by the IBF, I won't be surprised to see Haye fight VK instead.

Klit is ducking Haye, simple as that. He never wanted anything to do with Haye. I can't wait till Haye kills this *****,

and who cares that Clit is now fighting for the ring title, titles don't mean much anymore.
thats a good point man one iv missed out.

fighters like JMM move up to LW and were immediately linked with the biggest names and title holders.

you could argue that its slightly different with CW's and HW's, especially considering the size and weight differences. but id argue that haye is and has been a natural HW for some time now, hes as big as povetkin, chambers and arreola.

imo haye deserves more credibility on the HW scene than he is getting, he looked more dominant and in control with barrett than anyone else who barrett has lost to. if

JMM had just stepped up in weight and taken on C/B level fighter like katsidis hed be talked about as being deserving of title shot so i think its fair to say that haye is as well.

Much as I loathe haye and his arrogance, I agree with op. In past many boxers really did not have to do much to earn a shot at a weight class different from one they were competing in successfully. I am all for haye fighting Wladimir and getting his (haye's) ass handed to him (haye).
