manny is playing with house money.

his legacy , atg and hof status is set.

he could lose to cotto , mosley AND mayweather , 3 losses in a row and he'd probably still be ranked higher than any of those 3.

we're talking about a guy who is a natural featherweight winning titles in 6 divisions , 4 of them lineal.

he then goes on and takes on the #1 AND #2 welterweights in the world and the former #1 p4p fighter and former lineal champ at 147.

who the hell cares if he losses? he's not suppose to win!

a loss by manny to cotto , mosley or may is worth more than a win over paulie malignaggi , luis collazo or sharmba mitchell.

think of it this way......the fights with pryor hurt arguello's legacy? the fight with hagler hurt duran? the fights with louis hurt conn?

nope. manny can lose 10 times this year at 147 and it wouldn't hurt his legacy.
      ok patrick. go on

Manny is very fortunate with his body frame. It's allowed him to move up in weight as he's grown older and he's now reached his limit as a JWW. The fact that he actually had physical advantages over Hatton proves that he is not a natural featherweight.

            don't be ******.

if calzaghe goes and fights haye at cruiserweight and losses , will that hurt his legacy?

this ******* has forgotten more about boxing than you will ever know.

sometimes a loss adds more to one's greatness than a win. it's all about quality of opponents not w's and l's.

just because he beat hatton doesn't mean he's a natural junior welterweight.

              lmao

              manny's frame is that of a featherweight. wins at 135 , 140 and 147 doesn't change that.

If Pacquiao loses to Mayweather it proves to me that Floyd is a greater fighter than Manny

Both weigh the same an fightnight, neither are natural welters btw

At this moment he is a natural JWW. Could Manny get down to featherweight and fight now then?

As I said, his frame has allowed him to move through the weights with ease. He isn't a natural featherweight, he might have been at one moment in his career but not anymore.
