as dfar as the whole height thing goes, its just like saying size doesnt make u a better basketball player. so why not have lebron james and allen iverson play a little one on one?
OMG, . There is no way you are serious.

No slight to Manny but the man IS still in his prime and I don't you can get a good read on just how good or not a fighter is historically until you at least get him past prime.

Also this "4 lineal belts" stuff is silly in my view: I value staying in one division and ruling it over hopping around weight classes collecting belts.

i agree with your first paragragh.

but, i think manny has done a sh^t load of work and has gone through many weight classes without seemingly getting worse, slower, and seemingly becoming more skillful. i give him major credit and for fighting anyone who wants to fight him. just my opinion. as all of us have.

            except mine is correct :P

Apparently you've never seen Hagler fight. The left "that didn't have much power" broke jaws, busted up Alan Minter in 3 rounds, and knocked the usually iron jawed Mustafa *****ho out. He knocked top contender Lucif Hamani clear out of the ring in two rounds and destroyed Caveman Lee in one round. Not to mention what he did to Hearns and Mugabi. Watch some of his fights sometime and learn something.

Wrong. Hagler could box, punch, move foward, move backwards, and counter punch. He didn't just rely on power.

God I hate the "Hagler was a brawler" myth.

"Hagler was such an aggressive machine, did you see him fight this way against.....Hearns?"

"Hagler always came forward and pressured, did you see him fight this way against......Hearns?"

"Hagler was such an animal who never took a backwards step and relied on strength and power and chin, did you see him fight this way against......Hearns?"

I wonder if twenty years from now people will watch Cotto-Abdullaev and Cotto-Margarito and then conclude that Cotto was a "runner".

Or maybe people will watch Morales-Raheem and conclude that Morales was a boring fighter.

Why yes, Chavez was not a really aggressive fighter. Did you see the Randall rematch?

You need to ask permission form admin to manipulate the poll result and make Hagler better..
