Doesnt matter Haye has to earn that # 1 spot now like everybody else. Its going to be interesting to see if Haye can really stand up to the punches from a real top 5 Heavywieght now. I don't think he ever gets a title shot, he will be knocked out of the ranking, literally.

although I was much more excited about a Haye Wladimir fight than a Chagaev fight...you cannot blame Wlad for choosing Chagaev

in fact, you gotta give the guy credit. not often will you see a guy pull out of a fight like that and immediately pick up a high profile fight a fairly short notice.

Wlad should just schedule to fight both...theres no guarentee that Chagaev will make it to the ring without getting injured or something, and even if he does Wladimir will easily bomb him out. will be surprised if Wlad even gets hit by anythign meaningful.

Hes sure to get a fight with at least one of them if he schedules to fight both.
