Mosley & Fraud jr both ducked each other at certain points in their career.

Only problem is like i stated before, shane has a better track record of fighting tough opposition than Fraud jr.

U can forgive shane for wanting to pursue a mega match vs a smaller opponent but not Fraud jr.

Mosleys resume & roster of opponents fought is a lot more formidable than Fraud jr's.

It can't be that he's fought in more divisions or won more championships.....Mayweather called out the best in every division he's fought in, and got ducked a lot.
