pac's response is "respect to other boxers", that's why.
that is always his reply, even when names are spit ryt before his face.
pac's never a braggart,....very unlike some other boxers.

Cotto never called him out, but he's showed interest on several occasions, has even went on the record to say that he's there whenever Floyd stops making excuses and running.

On the other hand, when asked about a fight with Cotto, Floyd makes 100000001 excuses about why he doesnt wanna fight him.

"We’re rivals,” Cotto said. “Mayweather is a star of the sport and we’re in the same company. Mayweather was a great champion at 130 and 135. We don’t know about 140. When the company says the time is right to make the fight, I’ll fight him. I think it's a good fight. I know Mayweather's a great fighter. But I know I can beat him."

This is why Floyd is the laughing stock of boxing. He bashes Mosley for having 5 losses, yet says nothing about Baldomir having 9 losses.

He bashes Pac by saying that he was outboxed by Eric Morales in thier first bout, yet says nothing about Marquez getting outboxed by Chris John.

He says he fought Marquez instead of Pac because Marquez was the one who called him out, yet when asked about fighting Pac, he comes up with 101 excuses ranging from money to not being able to do business with Arum.

Margarito was Floyd's boogeyman, and was chasing him around and calling him out to his face. He even interupted one of Floyd's press conferences to call him out, and all that got Margarito was banned from all of Floyd's future press conference. A LW calls him out, and all of a sudden, Floyd's ears are wide open.

GTFO! Floyd's skills are undeniable, but he's a fraud to the fullest extent!
Why are you trying to make me seem like I don't know what
I'm talking about? Because I'm smarter than that. What did
Floyd get after he beat Baldomir for the WW Lineal title?
If you don't remember, let me refresh your memory, he
got the mega fight with Oscar De La Hoya, right or wrong?
Margarito has turned out to be one of the biggest disgraces
of this boxing generation with his tactics but you'll still say
a man who has worked to get where he is at HONESTLY is
scared of man that needed an illegal substance to beat a smaller
OLDER man and another man (Mosley) who needed to get juiced up
to beat a man (OSCAR) he had already beaten previously to their
rematch? & Floyd is a laughing stock? Ok man, whatever
          you say.

I understand the fact that Pac vs Floyd is at the forefront of the Boxing world now, but Mosley is still apart of the equation. Many believe he should go for Cotto in a rematch (me included), but I have no doubt in my mind that Mosley doesn't want to see that fight happen being Cotto can be a big monkey wrench in Mosley's last attempt at being the #1 fighter (which beating Floyd or Pacquiao could propell him there).

But he's proven he's still one of the elites in the sport and deserves a big fight with either a Pacquiao or Mayweather. I don't know any other way Mosley could've made a bigger impact than the way he did last January.
Actually Mosely called for the rematch before he called out Pacquaio or Mayweather.

But when asked in the ring after his matches if he was interested
in fighting Floyd Mayweather Jr he never said anything like that.
All he said was "I fights who my company tells me to fights" Why
couldn't he just say what you posted in the ring? Obviously
Cotto ain't that humble like most people claim. Cotto said he
doesn't know about 140? Cotto fought Demarcus Corley after
Floyd and almost got KO'd and received a home town stoopage
(Quoted by Larry Merchant) Floyd was the man, why would he
have to call Cotto out to fight? Hatton called Floyd out after
his match with Castillo and JMM did it after Juan Diaz? So how
              come Cotto couldn't do it?

What does Margarito attempting to cheat in 2009 have to do with Floyd ducking him in 2006?

What did Floyd get after beating Baldomir for the WW title? He got Boooo'd out the arena, that's what. Then he went on to cry his eyes out.

Floyd would've gotten the fight with Oscar with or without Baldomir? Who the hell was Baldomir anyway? A very lucky journeyman who had his 15 minutes of fame for beating Zab Judah. I highly doubt Oscar was putting the pressure on Floyd to beat Baldomir in order to get a crack at him. Baldomir went from WW champ of the world, to instant sparring partner. He was nothing but a c-level journeyman.

Show me Hatton "calling floyd out" after his bout with Castillo, and i'll donate all my points to you.

You don't have to be dissrespectful to call out a guy..it can be done with CLASS.

"I'd love to fight Floyd...he's a great fighter"

                    Something like that.
