problem is, shane AINT gettin a pacman fight. he's probably the LAST choice...dude should continue his career, and find somebody to fight, instead of chasing after guys who obviously have no interest in shane mosley.

Co sign. Did people not see each guy's respective performances against Collazo? Now I do think it may be kind of simple minded actually for Mosley to pass up a fight with Berto because it'd be a guaranteed victory and it would probably give him more leverage when it comes to landing a big money fight with one of the big fish. But to say that Shane will get any credit from boxing fans for beating this guy is ludicrous at best.

But I think who Floyd didn't fight or isn't gonna fight in the future is a moot point because I think his hype train gets derailed by Juan Manuel Marquez on July 18. I said it.

Why are people totally discrediting JMM like some chump? The guy is considered by a lot of people as the best fighter in the world for a reason. Nobody knows how to make punches count like he does. And I'm saying that knowing how accurate Mayweather is with his offense. I actually think Mayweather isn't as versatile as Marquez. When I see JMM fight I see a lot of what I saw in Ricardo Lopez. The guy has the best uppercuts in the game. I'm not saying Floyd doesn't have a decent uppercut. But people underestimate how sneaky the punching power that JMM has. He even throws better combos than Floyd. When is the last time that you've seen Mayweather throw more than one punch at a time? He usually doesn't. He just potshots and uses the shoulder roll. Mayweather also isn't gonna be accomodated with pillow like gloves to protect his hands either. These are 8 oz gloves and not 10 oz like the kind he's used to fighting with.

ryt, manny didn't defend his 135 belt ex-ddiaz.
can u blame him when the oscar fyt was presented to him??
and manny can no longer play at 135, hence he relinquished his belt ryt after the oscar fyt.
because ricky is a more lucrative dance than any at 135.
im sure pac can clean the 140 house but there are more challenging fyts with more $$$.
again, can u blame pac for not cleaning any division??
                  i guess not, ryt...

Do you think that Mayweather being out for a whole year will affect his fighting?
