No way. Ther are plenty of fighters in history with better records, resume's and competition than Manny. I would say he's aproaching top 20-25 status, which is an incredible feat in this day and age.

Pac is already top 10-15 all time and so is Mayweather. People who say boxing is dead are insane. If Pacquiao and Mayweather keep moving up and winning belts, the sky is the limit. Nobody is beyond reach.
