Williams has taken big punches. Williams is a much better boxer than Cintron, although Cintron is improving a lot under Ronnie Shields.

Damn homie, I love you K but that's a little bit out of line don't you think? sure Cintron is a hell of a puncher but against a solid chin like Williams I don't see it happening, besides Williams moves pretty well, he might not have the best head movement in the world but he is elusive enough to move away from the fire power and Cintron cannot punch going backwards or without planting his feet for leverage. Toe to toe he might be able to buckle Williams but that is only if he were to catch him flush which I don't see happening.
Regardless, I like this fight, I was excited about it last year so I really hope it gets made. I got Williams by decision, possibly a mid fight stoppage.
