He beat the man who put him down twice Antonio Plasterito. Cintron has a problem with high volume punchers. Angulo shouldve threw more punches but didnt.

I'm Puerto Rican and I say Cintron wouldn't last 2 rounds against Williams. I don't think Williams is a great fighter but he is better than Cintron.

Williams is a pressure fighter that leaves way to much distance between himself and his opponent.

He would walk right into an enormous straight right by Cintron, and would be out for the count.
