so because DLH robbed Sturm of a victory and BRIEFLY held the WBOgus strap at 160 it made his fight with Hopkins legit YET you spin the Hopkins Calzaghe fight as Hopkins being the one at a disadvantage even though he held his title at 175 and beat THEE champ to do it?

wow some spin doctoring if I ever saw it
Not spinning, only said that because people like to say Hopkins made Joe jump up when Hop had only one fight previous at 175 and had been at 160 for about 18 years, Joe had been at 168 his whole career and him jumping 7 lbs while Hop jumped 15. Like I said Im not making excuses, its just something for those to think about when they say Joe came all the way up to 175 for Hop as if Hop had been there his whole career.

Marquez and Vasquez will never be the same because of their wars. Id love to see Lopez fight Concepcion.

Like I said I dont think he is that good, Ive seen him fight and he is nothing special, but he is more established than Lopez. If it went to a purse bid type thing, he would get the most because he does have two belts.

i see, i agree to certain level tho. CC is the champ, but he is not the attraction to this fight. imo this fight should be done on a no less than 60-40 to juanma in earnings. if CC wants more than that he is just crazy, me personally wouldnt do it

Yeah, but did he ko him like in the first fight? No, because his power was not the same which is the reason Hopkins fought him at 4 lbs. higher. You just can't talk about boxers being scared or bitches when your hero is Bernard "hugs-a-lot" Hopkins. And yes, he did have problems making 160.

juanma kind of says something that makes sense,ok,let's say that caballero doesn't leave much money like marquez or vazquez, well, wouldn't then a fight vazque/marquez leave them more money than if either faced lopez? lopez is doing it for the money,so if marqeuz/vazquez face off, they are also looking for the money,it's the samething lopez wants,,but i do see more moeny in caballero than lontchi....think about it,lonthci's last 10 opponents have a combined 100 defeats among them,,,i think caballero would be better, but he is going up in weight,as is vazquez and lopez soon(he said)they will all meet soon, with gamboa up there too

So because he knocked him out in the first fight he HAS to knock him out in the second? Doesnt happen like that all the time, Taylor fought a different fight also. If anything people would think Pavlik would carry his power with him since he looks starved at 160, besides, he didnt land anything on Hopkins anyway so it wouldnt have mattered.
