Sure JuanMa may be more talented but as it stands now, Caballero is more proven hence the ring ranking.

You're right, I knew Caballero does have a solid win over PDL and that slipped my mind. But Juan Ma just walked through him. You are right, the fight does need to happen. But Caballero needs to be realistic about what he brings to the table economically, because Juan Ma Lopez has a way bigger fan base.
