    what ever happen to montel griffn?

    i was watching jones jr- griffn 1 & 2 last night for the frist time in which i gave the oscar to griffin for best actor (he was like "he him me while im down!" to the ref then just passes out lol)

    then the second fight roy whooped him and had griffin doing the trevor berbick stanky leg.


    what happen to him afterwards tho?

        Roy took whatever he had and crushed it. Ruined him as a fighter. The second fight was one of the few where Roy actually went for blood. He really wanted to destroy him.

            roy has that effect on his victims, except maybe calzaghe

              Griffin was still a top contender for a while (even though Michalchewski battered him as well) and even worked his way to another title shot but was wasted by Tarver in a one-sided, somewhat scary beating.

                He was too short to beat the best light heavyweights and lost to most of them (Michalczewski, Tarver, Harding).

                Right now he is just a shadow of what he used to be and lost pretty much every round to Beibut Shumenov in Shumenov's 6th pro fight.
