This is pretty obvious really. He only had a few fights there and never beat anyone of historical significance. So, to answer the question, absolutely not. He is not an ATG in any division apart from SFW. Very few fighters ever are in more than one though so it doesn't mean anything.

ATG at SFW yes, but not in any other division.

He had hardly any fights at LW so now, his best run wasn't at LW. His best run was at SFW and to top it off he beat one of the best LW's as well. That's about it. Every other division was just skipped through with the biggest/easiest (ie/ risk/reward)/publicity fight etc etc.

Good run at SFW.
