He has already amounted to the WBC Champ at WW one of the best divisions in the sport. He has 25 wins and 0 losses he has a lot of talent and a good management team. IDK to say he will never amount to anything is not true but to say he will not reach his full potential is more accurate...Lefty

REED is drwn to fighters that are elusive and posses hand speed and flashy like RJJ can't blame him they are fun to watch even when they are in there with less than threatening competition. The speedy lgith combinations and the 3 or 4 hooks in a row like no other but this guy is no RJJ in fact I dnot think he coudl hold RJJ's spit bucket....Lefty

And all the power to him, I like Berto too, I've been watching him for a while but this dude Reed doesn't even accept his flaws.

He needs a trainer that is going to be able to control him in the ring. his corner told him to stop holding and move and throw punches. they told him to dig his left to the body but he didnt listen. He was content at pushing urango to the ropes but when he got him there he didnt do anything. i was hoping he would step back and to the side fire off 4-5 shots and move... but instead he latched on and didnt even listen when the reff told him to let go insisting he wasnt holding...Lefty

Of course I accept his flaws... his stamina is poor, his defense is lacking, hes now holding more then he was before.

But he is young, and I believe he will still improve.

And no I am not some fanboy, but thanks for your opinion.

                    - Norberto Bravo
                    - David Estrada
                    - Michel Trabant
                    - Miki Rodriguez

                    - Luis Collazo
                    - Juan Urango

The fights with Figueroa, Estrada and Forbes were co-feature bouts on HBO WCB. Bravo and Trabant were B.A.D. show openers. The rest have headlined BAD shows.

Of the eight, the only two that had any business being on HBO were Estrada and Collazo. That's basically the point.
Well thats HBO's problem not Berto's... what do you want him to do? Tell HBO no thanks.. these fights shouldnt be on your network?
