I'm surprised that neither network is interested in the rematch, given what happened in the final round of their first fight. You'd have to think a lot of people would tune in for a rematch.Comment

Exacly my thought. Showtime was interested in the first fight, but not in the rematch?? That doesn't make sense, unless they think it would be a schooling for the entire fight, rather than 11 rounds...Comment

I think Showtime isn't showing any interest in a Bute/Andrade rematch right now because they clearly prefer Bute/Froch. It's just their way of pushing for the more lucrative fight.
I have no doubt that if it came down to it, they'd show Bute/Andrade if it were to happen instead of Bute/Froch. IIRC they've previously expressed interest in it, and they showed Bute/Zuniga for chrissakes. They'd just prefer the bigger fight. And so would I.Comment

Also, I can see Andrade coming on strong earlier this time and giving Bute a serious run for his money late once again.
Bute-Froch would be fun to see, but I don't see how anyone wouldn't want to see this rematch too.Comment

I think the fight would start out much the same way as the first time went...with Bute controlling and outboxing Andrade. I don't see how Bute wouldn't tire out again late though. How much could he really have improved his conditioning from then to now???

I don't think Andrade could be more offensive than in the first fight. He was throwing punches the whole fight, but Bute was so much faster in the first 10 rounds that he couldn't catch him. He started connecting in the 11th because Bute slowed down.Comment

but its about money.
was disappointed in the dumb fight froch fought against taylor.
he did like he did against pascal. so one dimensional.
but i think froch is a little smarter and remarkably fast compared to andrade.
i take froch over the skilled but pampered bute.
if its a close fight... believe it or not its the law in canada that at least two of the judges have to be canadian. for real.
i don't know. that froch will go anywhere anytime anyway.
i wonder about a guy like this what improvements if he had a real proffesional trainer that made him listen, how good he could get.
this guy has mad heart. and has the ability to reach way back deep.
but that toe to toe macho crap. he makes his fights harder then they should be.Comment
