He got his ass kicked, plain and simple. You can speculate all you want but it won't change anything because this is BoxingScene after all and unfortunately, your opinion doesn't matter.

Margarito got caught red-handed no doubt and now he is paying the price. Cotto since then has won another title. Can we please move the fuck on??
Co-****ing sign. Until proven otherwise one has to acknowledge that Cotto got his ass kicked fair and square. Jr, your better than i thought. I see you have inherited your fathers logic.

If there was another fight he cheated for, it would be the Cotto fight. BECAUSE if he lost, he's off the championship level. Losing to Williams and Cotto with Cintron/Johnson in the middle. Not good. Cotto was a crossroads fight for him if he lost he would have to rebuild himself AGAIN. Now IF he tried to cheat against Mosley a past prime guy he was meant to beat easily (according to the betting odds and most boxing experts) why wouldnt he cheat against someone who was meant to be the harder fight (cotto) and just beat Mosley?

I have seen the Lujan fight btw, yeah he got beat up pretty bad. He will always have the question mark over his career but personally that win will have the biggest question mark.
Why not Paul Williams? That fight was in California, where the greatest athletic comission officials dwell (no offense KOTF lol)

Hey, I was in the locker room when Margarito had his hands wrapped I made Capetillo re-wrap his hands 3 times You guys didn't hear any of this because you were too busy getting coverage of Alfonzo Gomez beating a mold wax version of Arturo Gatti

Because up until that point Margarito was on a very long winning streak, he may believe his own natural ability and dedication had carried him that far. Once he had lost, he may have started cheating believing he needed an extra "edge"

I'm just saying, the Cotto won for me is the most suspect but Innocent until proven guilty. But what he TRIED to do against Mosley was disguesting, personally I think he should never be allowed to box again professionally again. If he had been able to use it, and continued to use it we may have seen a Panama Lewis/Resto repeat. It's life threatening.

But didn't Paul claim that he whooped on Tony in a sparring session? Tony said it was BS though. Then again, there was the reluctance of giving PWill a rematch. Maybe they were afraid they could have gotten caught? who the fuck knows. I agree about him being banned though.
