Kellerman:" all Margarito wins are couded with su****ious, all the way before cintro

Kellerman said that "all margarito wins are su****ious, before cintron, which is a shame. he use the same wraps in that plastic bag that was found before mosley fight" Poor Margarito nobody beleive he won a fight legally.
no wonder all boxing experts beleive cotto is still undefeted.

I hope he never fight again, bringing disgrace to the sport.

Margarito was mediocre even with plaster wraps. Any good fighter would have still schooled him, just like Paul Williams did. Just because he cheated doesn't mean losing to him is OK all of a sudden.

      very true.

however given the fact that margarito won in a way where his cheating (or potential cheating in the cotto fight) was used in whole part to win the fight.

Cotto fought a picture perfect fight (damn near) for the first 7 rounds of the fight. i think i had him winning all but 2 of the rounds at that point and thats when margarito began chipping away at cotto...just walking forward and swinging...by the 9th 10th round you can see how much of a toll it took on cotto.

if he did use those illegal wraps in the cotto fight it very well could have been what got him the win.

and like williams, cotto was schooling margarito for the first half of the fight...he was up big on point and was just tagging margarito and showing superior boxing ability...

It takes about 7 rounds for the plaster to harden.

Yeah cause he wasn't landing shots. Mosley was completely on that night. Shane looked excellent.

Paul Williams schooled him W T F did you even watch the fight? i hate Margarito as well.. but that was a close fight..

                  But these are facts..

                  Margo>Cintron wraps or no wraps

Margarito was hitting Cotto all night and taking bombs to his face all night to, Complete opposite of the Shane/Margo fight. Shane wasn't getting hit at all really and he hit Margo to the BODY and hard as well as the head. Cotto was tiring from backing off and fending of Margo all night, it was a terrible fight by him. I personally think with Paris or none Margarito beats Cotto if Cotto uses that gameplan 10 x out of 10.

I used to admire Margarito but I was even turning against him even before we discovered his plaster of paris. The main reason I don't like him is that he tried to turn into a celebrity after beating Cotto. I hate cheating too, but that's not the only reason why I abandoned Margarito. He went on record and said he had no score to settle with Paul Williams. He also said that he'd be glad to fight Manny Pacquiao. To me that's not the mentality of a true fighter at all. He took half the payday to get his ass beat by an older fighter because he thought he was on the downslide of his career and it backfired on his punk ass. All that said, I do think he was the better fighter than Cotto that night and beat him fair and square. Cotto just didn't fight the right fight at all. And to me, he wasn't schooling Margarito even in the early rounds he was winning. I saw things like Cotto getting hit with multiple uppercuts in a row and that's something that elite fighters don't allow to happen. Cotto also lost the second round too. So the argument that Margarito got better because the plaster took time to harden cancels out right there. Shane Mosley and Paul Williams showed how to beat Margarito and Cotto just didn't execute the right game plan.
