The ref should have taken a point away from Cintron for excessive ***** holding, which would have made Angulo the deserving winner of the fight by one point. And if, Cintron wasn't allowed to do all that ***** holding in the last few rounds, Angulo would have stopped him.

Angulo won the 2nd and 5th and swept the last 4 rounds. He deserved a Draw last night.

If Kermit was sick, I'm sure he would have pulled out of the fight. Props to Angulo for coming to fight, regardless of how he felt, making no excuses and taking the fight straight to Light Heavyweight, Kermit Cintron.

A healthy Perro makes Kermit cry.
That's not what you said before the fight.

Angulo didn't deserve a draw...step away from the bull****.

Perro is too slow and easy to be anything but a pinata at 154.

To be honest that was way early in Martinez career, he has improved a hell of a lot in the years between that fight, another thing is that Williams could be easily outboxed like shown in the first Quintana fight although Williams has also improved since that fight last year.

I haven't seen a single Sergei fight so i can't comment on that one.

Regarding the Matrix i haven't seen any of his fights.

You should hook me up with some if you know any links.
Lol, Martinez was an infant when Margarito beat him. Watching Martinez against Russell Jordan showed me that he knows that timing can beat reach if he does it right... it'd be interesting.

I haven't seen Sergei fight either, but EVERYONE I have heard from says he is terrific. The people you would expect to be biased and non-biased alike says he is the Real Deal Holyfield, and beats everyone in the division if he fought them most likely. How cool would a Williams vs. Sergei matchup be if that was true?

I'll PM you The Matrix stuff in a bit.

So go jack-off to some other mexican fighter prospect. I hear JCC Jr is looking for some fans right now..

martinez loss to margarito early in his career and if givin a rematch at this point he would embarass margarito, this is angulo's 16 pro fight and he fought a very good boxer in cintron most fighters are not fighting someone as good as cintron in their 16 pro fight, in my oppinion kirkland has yet to fight someone as good as cintron in his 20+ fight career

Enough with the excuses. Angulo was a mediocre prospect to begin with, this style doesn't work anymore, the only one that could pull it off was Margarito and he is suspect now. In any case, even if he defeated Cintron as expected, Martinez, Santos and Williams would outbox and maybe even KO him, this is a bad division for a no-defense-all-pressure kind of fighter.
