i will say, i was surprised a bit on how he held up with the pressure and the fact that angulo wasn't even deterred by his punches.

i was impressed how he handled everything, but then again, i would like to see him fight angulo again only with a healthy angulo with no issues during camp or what not. i'm not using that as an excuse for angulo, but it is a fact and i would like to see them fight again.

For the record I don't mean it with hate. Kermit surprised everybody, me included.

Angulo was too ****ing slow and had a constant straight approach. Quintana would had beat him too. Angulo just showed he needs to work more on his flaws. If Kermit makes you look bad, dude, you need to work on the gym more and watch more videos; learn from them. Running 15 miles doesn't cut it to reach the top.

Did Kermit really surprise any of you? I mean I knew he had the skills to get the job done but not mentally. But he proved everyone wrong in the mental aspect. I ain't going to bull****, I favored Angulo before this fight but not by alot. On one of my other topics on boxingscene lounge when we were talking about this fight, I said if Kermit won it would be a mild upset. Still an upset but not a huge one.

We are not saying the word "garbage". Angulo needs work to do, period. No hate posts needed. Like or not... it is 12 rounds.

Against Martinez, it was a joke, no doubts, a gift for Cintron.. Sergio wins the rematch.

it's possible that angulo is so garbage that he made cintron look good.

IMHO its a little bit of both.
