I believe the Nike design for Manny's logo is just that -- a design... for no other reason that it looks good. Similar themes can be found all over the place. It doesn't mean the designer or the person who represents that logo worships the devil. Quite frankly, the video and the accusation / suggestion that Manny Pacquiao is a devil worshiper is laughable.
