Mayorga has the best chin in boxing period. Even though he got knocked out against DLH and Mosley, i don't know if he ever learned to duck or block a punch, even Margarito looks like Pernell whitaker compared to him. Mayorga took more punishment than anybody out there and give it a lot too.
Then i would say Baldomir: the slowest guy ever who get punched a hundred times before he beats you.
Third i would say Margarito because of what he took in the head all his career. He took the best punches from Mosley in the head and didn't even move. That were the body shots that weakened him through the fight.

Pacquiao has a decent chin but i can't consider him to be that great since he got KTFO in Phillipines by a journeyman.
