These Mexicans are funny, they're putting words in Marquez's mouth. They are instigating but to me, it seemed Mayweather didn't believe the guy, when the guy told him, "JMM said he is gonna kick your butt"

Floyd can speak at the very least some Spanish. Not sure how much exactly so he probably knows JMM didn't say that.

I still think its 1 of 2 things or both. I think since his dad is back, Senior told him that he had to change his ways. Weve all heard Senior say it in the past and maybe he's telling him that now since there in camp together. He always says that you shouldnt let them portray you as a villan. The 2nd thing is that JMM is one of the few boxers who has always given Floyd mad respect so I think Floyd respects him back. It was the same way with Tszyu. JMM has never dissed Floyd and I think Floyd respects him for that. Plus, if youve listened to Floyd over the years you can tell that he really likes to watch and respect guys who have mastered the sweet science. I think he likes how JMM is so techniqal and smart

I think he has just mellowed out through retirement more... Kevin Jesus linked me to an interview with the ring magazine at the LA press conference and he said he aint into trash talking as much and all the money throwing is behind him (can't remember exact words, something along those lines)...
