What did I tell you guys. Did you hear what Roach just said about Floyd's weight? He's way smaller and way less stronger then the WW's. He said that Floyd could easily make WW but is just lazy. Stop trying to act like Floyd is this super big monster. He's small. He's P4P the smallest guy in boxing. If he was at 140 right now he would be just a middle of the pack guy in terms of size if that. Before the Hatton fight there people said that they wouldnt fight any other WW but they will fight Floyd because they dont beleive he is a WW and now Roach is saying the same exact thing. I cant beleive that fans & media overlook this but the people who really know boxing dont. They know the difference in sizes & strength.

Roach is really confused right now because its a catch 22. He knows that in terms of style that Floyd is by far the hardest for Pac to beat out of the group. The JMM fights tell you that. However, he also knows that Floyd is physicaly much less imposing then the other 2 which gives them a huge advantate over Floyd. He's got to weigh which one is the better risk. Its also funny when he said that fighters arent scared of anyone but any other time he says Floyd is ducking all these guys and is scared to face them

Good for Vasquez, I hope he's good from his retina problem though. Seeing a fighter get hurt in the ring is a serious problem.

As for Roach stating Mayweather is the easiest...Dint he stated 3 weeks ago that Mayweather will be the hardest one and most difficult to knock down?

yea I hope vasquez is in good condition cuz he might be facing juanma & I hope they can give the fans a great fight. On the 3 roach mentioned, yea he contradicts himself but I guess they just wanna entise floyd to sighn for less cash than PAC, but truth be told mosley & cotto both r harder fights than floyd, floyd can't rly pressure a boxer he fights on the retreat, fights smart, but in the other hand both cotto & mosley fight smart can apply lots of pressure & fight fairly well on the retreat, so IMO mosley & cotto rly r the harder fights & I belive they all make big cash

The only real advantage floyd has over cotto & mosley is that he can make the catch weight easier, that's it cotto & mosley r much more complete overall

With all due respect to Freddie Roach...

Floyd may be a lot of things (obnoxious, spoiled, self-centered, etc.) but lazy is probably the very last term I'd ever used to describe him. In fact, with the exception of maybe Roy Jones and Bernard Hopkins, I struggle to think of a more physically fit gym rat in the sport today.

I can't believe the whole "Manny's affraid of Blacks" argument is still an issue... Arum made a good point, though he shouldn't be the one to talk. This is the guy who publically milked a lucrative "Mexico-Puerto Rico" rivalry, and he's doing it again with "Mexico-Filipines" rivalry...

arum is right. those who said pacquiao is afraid of african-americans (black fighters) are morons. but at one point, arum knew that ugly boy floyd-pacman fight would be bigger than cotto and mosley. ugly boy floyd's 60-40 split in his favor is ridiculous, if not moronic.
