Floyd Mayweather Has Very Selective Hearing

“He’s a very good fighter who has a promoter and trainer that are doing all the talking for him. I ain’t heard Pacquiao mention my name one time. Why? He knows that he would get his ass torn out of the frame fighting me. His promoter is jockeying for position to set his guy up, but that would never work with us,” said Floyd Mayweather.

    Really Floyd?

At this point, anything Floyd says is bull****. It's obvious he's only bright in the ring, but not out. He probably shouldnt even be allowed to drive a car.

Whats the difference you guys have very selective reading , ignoring what you dont like no matter how strong and factual the argument , interpreting anything to suit your own feelings not facts , apply your reasoning too selective fighters not all which just creates double standards , believe the hype machine like its engraved in stone ,,,,,

I enjoy reading posts but I got to say a lot of them in here are like a bunch of old women talking about Days Of Our Lives ,,,,,, carry on

He said, HE hasn't heard him mention his name once... I doubt Floyd watches Setanta.

Sigh. That's really ******. Pacquiao rarely calls anyone out or mentions names. If / when he does, he talks about the possibility of a fight. Thing is, Floyd needs to bear in mind that he has been inactive for 1.5 years and Pacquiao didn't move up in weight until recently. Could it be the reason why he doesn't mention Mayweather too often? I think so. I mean, he's only just come up to the weight, so why would he call out Mayweather or talk about fighting him while still being a Featherweight or a lightweight? Really, he's still not even a legit Welter. 140 is his ideal weight, it's the perfect balance of power, speed, and not having to drain the body too much.

I've yet to hear Arum make Floyd an offer to fight Pacquiao...

                  Margarito and crew offered Floyd...
Shane Mosley is willing to get down to business.

Cotto's camp hasn't pursued a fight and neither has Manny's. I'm sure any of the 4 would fight Floyd but its not ducking if Floyd was never made an offer.

There is no reason Floyd-Cotto shouldn't have fought tho...
