I honestly don't give a fu.ck. I'll take May-Mosley any day of the week, it's not going to sell as well as May-Pac, but I just like watching Floyd fight, so be it.

But then again I can see Pacquiao himself step in and accept 60-40 to make the fans happy.

Like one guy bashed May for wearing pink gloves...but what he FAILED to realize was that he wore those pink gloves to SUPPORT BREAST CANCER AWARENESS LIKE OTHER SPORTS AND ATHLETES DO. He couldn't even given the man credit for the support of something IMPORTANT like that. That is one issue, but all these POINTLESS threads gotten OUT OF CONTROL.....I dont think this thread is pointless tho..as was stated, he is jockeying for position.....I mean come on, PAC'S camp started with the "negations" this EARLY! LET'S BE REAL!
Completely agree with you, on a side note... I didn't know Floyd wore pink for breast cancer support... pretty cool thing to do, where you find that out from?

To be honest with you I thought he wore them as like a descent style, I didn't think his shorts and gloves looked that bad in that fight to be honest, even though they were pink (no I aint gay!).

Negotiations are negotiations, both sides will try to get the biggest amount they can... they know the public want this fight to happen.

Well he did complain a lot in the Hatton fight about purse splits so I am a little unsure...

true.. iono, but this is one of those once in a lifetime events in boxing.. 2 of the very best in their prime and co-pound for pounders, one's great at offense and one's great in defense.. can't get any better than that!

Pacquiao deserves most of the money.. If Pacquiao doesn't get the least 55% for this fight then he shouldn't take it.

I don't know man. Floyd is going to have enough defense with his ppv numbers for people to really blame him. pac has come on too stong and has done so much for boxing in the last 2 years. he's the face, the lb 4 lb and the most exciting. going forward he's prob a better attraction. but his #'s dont add up to floyds. i find it hard for these guys to find a middle ground because they both have legit enough reason for the bigger piece.

Winner take 60 loser take 40?

I think push comes to shove floyd needs this fight more than pac does. pac resume > floyd so really floyd has more to prove at this point and may be forced to budge, as much as i don't see that happening.

it would be a shame if this fight never came off, i dont think anyone could say 1 ducked the other, just that they both have egos too big for the good of the sport. and this fight not coming off is a reality when you look at how far apart the 2 sides seem to be.

The Mayweather/Marquez PPV numbers will play a big part in this.
