I think Cotto wins IF he boxes. If he stands and trades with Clottey, he could be in for a long night.

It will be interesting to see if Cotto can handle the pressure Clottey will bring. At the same time, I don't think Clottey has the chin or stamina that Marg has so I'm picking Cotto in this one.

Wouldnt' be surprised to see a KO from either side though.

Margarito was on his way to something special, I was at the staples center and it was crazy. Also the kind of media and fan attention he had built up was impressive, but that all went down the drain. I voted for Cotto. But Mexicans are starving for a new hero, maybe Angulo or Ortiz can fill that void soon.

Starving for a new hero? Have you watched boxing nowadays? I love it when people think Mexican fighting is on the decline and there are like still 3 Mexican fighters in the top pound4pound....lol.

Margarito was an incredible over achiever. He became very popular because he went against all the odds in his career. Suffered ealry losses and never really showed any impressive skill level, not enough to contend with the likes of Cotto that's for sure. Marg was a heavy underdog in that fight, remember.

As long as there is boxing, there will be a Mexican at the top or near the top of the pound4pound listings.
