cotto or mosley(better currently poll)

I think at this point in their careers, Cotto is better because he's more versatile. Prime Mosley>Cotto though.

Rankings wise, I'd have Mosley as #1, but talent wise, at this point in their careers, I definitely think it's Cotto. I think anyone with a jab and decent movement is gonna give Mosley trouble.

I think Mosley is better. I think Cotto's victory over Shane is very overrated. He needed help from Benji Estevez who was the ref in that fight to wipe up a wet spot on the canvass in round 10 to keep him from getting knocked down. The momentum was in Shane's favor in the championship rounds. Cotto's punches were doing minimal damage because he was constantly on the back foot, and I think Mosley would have stopped him in a 15 round fight.

Cotto was not hurt, and Cotto won the 11th round, while neither did anything in the 12th. Plus, watch the fight, the reason Estevez stops the action is cause Mosley slips on that spot.

People seriously overrate Cotto's "fading" in the late rounds.

you cotto stans have a point, but mosley destroyed margo, while margo forced cotto to quit. also mosley/cotto was a close fight. Also it is false to conclude that margo loaded his gloves against cotto, since there is no evidence to prove it, therefore, it must not be included in the equation.

due to these considerations, I must conclude that mosley > cotto.

Can I wait until the Cotto-Clottey fight to answer this. I think Cotto is the more versitile fighter, but at this point I have to say Shane is more mentally tough (just tougher overall really).

If I had to say right now I would say Shane, but after the Cotto-Clottey fight I could change my mind (or put them at equal).

Mosley barely won 4 rounds. Only idiots think Mosley won that fight.

Cotto won, 1,2,5,6,7,8,9,11
Moalsey won, ,3,4,10,12.

The 4th and 10th rounds were close and the 12th nother do ****.

The fight was close in the sense that Mosley fought Competitive in each round, but Cotto was winning the rounds clearly. And when Cotto was boxing shane, and moving backwards he was out throwing and outlanding Mosley.

The only time I have seen Cotto really fading was in the Margarito fight!!!!!
