Margarito's still gotta be considered one of the best, even if he was caught cheating. We don't know how long he cheated for, he's gotten some pretty impressive wins in his career.

Can't rate Mayweather until he has his first fight back from his comeback... if he is the same as he used to be he obviously potentially can be number 1, and he probably potentially can be number 1 anyway but in all respect we can't put in in the top 10 welterweight rankings or the P4P rankings until he has his fight with JMM.

We have gotta be respectful to the other fighters...
