He is an ATG, but he could be a bigger ATG, great skills which help him get up there and a pretty good resume... but the only thing that holds him back is his resume.
If he beats JMM convincingly, and then beats Pacquiao, and then Mosley or Cotto (or even both), it would be the icing on the cake and nobody could ***** or moan saying he has to fight so and so.
If he beat them 4 he would go much higher in the ATG list, even by just fighting them he would go higher... but nonetheless he is still an ATG.
He gets nothing from anybody if he doesn't fight Mosley in 2009, if he doesn't he'd have to clean out the 147 division meaning Cotto, and all the other champions.
BUT REMEMBER GUYS, HES NOT FIGHTING TO SEE WHOS THE BEST SO THIS ISNT GONNA HAPPEN
