why doesnt pacman just fight another 140 title holder??

freitas won the wbo 130 title in 1999.

casamayor won the wba 130 title in 1999.

that's a year after floyd won his belt at 130.

joel and acelino was 3 and 4 right behind diego and floyd since then.

they were 2 and 3 behind floyd after diego fell in the rankings.

didn't corrales beat freitas and casamayor..after floyd went to 135. freitas and casamayor were not better then corrales, genaro hernandez, chavez, manfredy, or carlos hernadez at 130 they were belt holders who never amonted to much other than losing to diego corrales.

pac has a total of four title defenses for his entire career I wonder why you don't bash pac for "cleaning out any division"

Pac is calling shots for big money fights at this point to get an advantage and because he can. Its fine because he is the top guy now witch would equal shot caller. I do think its a big stretch to think he could make 130 and be ok though. I don't think Roach was lying when he said 135 was tough either. Sometimes you get to a point where your body just says enough. Part of the reason Chico jumped straight to welter.

so because corrales has a win over freitas and casa years afterward that means they didn't deserve a fight before that?

btw corrales might have 1 win over casamayor but i seem to remember joel knocking him on his ass a couple of times and getting a tko win over him as well.

Money, money, money. IMO with 2 more fights remaining with legacy already established, belt unifications be damned, only big fights with big money is what he wants. He knows these big fights can only be had with the names of Cotto, PBF, and Mosley. Naturally of course they are bigger than him so he's trying to get get to a catch-weight to even things out.
