Pac is proven @ 140 but not 147. Hatton was the lineal champ @ 140 and never lost there. The DLH prove that pac is a legit WW considering that DLH was not a true WW at the time.

Second, Cotto coming down to 144 will most likely be a hindrance. Floyd coming down to 144 will not, he can def make 140 without many problems. He said in an interview recently that he walks around at 147.

Right, dont take the biggest fight against the biggest draw in the sport. Especially considering he is P4P number 1 and is the Champ 1 division beneath you. Meeting him at a catch weight would be a totally ***** move.
