First question, is Mr. Jackson really a tough boxing trainer? i don't think so, if you are comparing Joan Guzman to the like of Manny Pacquiao, you must be kidding Mr. "Jackshame" Jackson. I think this article is racial in essence. It doesn't mean that if you are a black fighter, you are a great fighter. In fairness, there are are a lot of great black fighters I know but not in the lower weight class of manny. Raheem is good but I only saw once when he fought Erik Morales. I wasn't really impressed with his performance. Even erik was frustrated fighting him bcoz of his cowardly style like floyd mayweather....very boring. Same with Joan Guzman, soto was also frustrated because he hits then run. Guzman won by points, but he didn't win my admiration. I believe that to be called a pound for pound best, you execute toughness by willingness to engage and explodes to hurt your opponent. As the saying goes "may the best man win." When I watched guzman, raheem or floyd mayweather fights it didn't excite me. It's just a bunch of boxers who tried to win points. And when they won, they claimed they are the best fighters in the face of the earth.....so pathetic. When I watched manny pacquiao fights, I would say to myself, this guy is not human. He's got great stamina, great footwork, accurate punches and power shots that would rocked his opponents with his punces. No matter how big the opponents are, he's not afraid to fight anybody. I have never seen any fighter like manny pacquiao. He is the pound for pound king because he exemplifies not only toughness, courage, style, power-the very ingredients of a pound for pound best and most of all humility in the boxing scene... what a special person. Manny Pacquiao no doubt in my mind the pound for pound best in boxing right now. Raheem, guzman and floyd mayweather jr. are just type of boxers who are smart enough to win points against their opponents... I don't see them fighting with their heart and soul in the ring....very un-pound for pound. They just don't inspire me. Manny Pacquiao-yeah!!!!!

John David Jackson is a pachater thats why he is looking for something to discredit the Pacman accomplishment.... name those African american that can stand toe-to-toe against Pacman... I think there is no one can stand toe-to-toe but if you say run against pacman inside the ring there are so many, and to mention JOAN GUZRUN is number 1 in the list.
