Toney was inconsistent at 160, a little inexperienced and still improving.

Toney was also better when guys came at him, leaving him opportunities to counter, as his countering was top-notch. Toney wasn't as effective when being the aggressor and chasing his opponent. Hagler would probably box behind the jab and use the ring, and try to make Toney follow him. Then he'd mix it and trade as well, sort of like the way he fought Baad Bennie, but if Toney has more success in this style, then Hagler will box and use his legs more.

I see Hagler winning a decision.

Toney never been stopped in about 80 fights, ranging from middle to heavy.

He's not getting "destroyed" by Hagler, who anyone that actually took the time to watch most of his fights, was a boxer-puncher in much more fights than an attacking destroyer.
