Money wise idk, Richard Schaefer made it quite clear that all Floyd is getting is 8 Mill for Mosley, while it has been quoted in numerous reports that floyd is getting 15 Mill for JMM. Legacy wise i agree with you Ch@mp, it is the better legacy fight. We finally agree on something

Legacy wise sure its Mosley now , but if Floyd went that way and beats Shane first he wont get Pac , Roach will avoid it .

This fight is about Pac , thats the reason why , I dont have a problem with it its smart matching and is only a few moves away from checkmate .

Marquez is now the biggest name that Mexico has, Margarito was the pride of Mexican boxing until the handwrap stuff happened. US' best vs Mexico's best will be bigger than Mayweather vs Mosley mainly because of the Mexican fans i admit, PPV wise because of floyd. But it takes two to tango so Both Marquez and Mayweather will have a big part on the overall revenue for the fight.

In the post fight interview to Winky Wright-Shane Mosley II, Mosley expressed interest in going back to 147. That's what Floyd was referring to, he was willing to go up to 147 to fight Mosley. He wouldn't have said that If Shane wouldn't have said he's going back to Welterweight. Who did Mosley fight when he came back to Welterweight after the second close Winky loss? David Estrada and Jose Luis Cruz, then he went back up to 154 and fought Vargas twice(when Vargas had already been embarrassed and TKO'd by Trinidad and De La Hoya). While all that was happening, Floyd wanted Mosley, Mosley was taking easy fights.

Like i said before, these two are my All-Time faves but i have to seperate fact from fiction.

My point was that Floyd called out Mosley when Shane was at one of the lowest points of his career. Of the back of double losses to Forrest and Winky.

Shane and Floyd are now possibly the two best welters in the world, so the fight makes much more sense now yet Floyd doesnt want it.......
