Kenney is an idiot who knows very little about the sport of boxing.

I haven't seen much of Kenny but what I have seen is enough to let me know the guys a complete prick. The guy has a face that was made to be hit. His voice is grating. His style of interviewing is **** - it's one thing to be direct and ask hard hitting questions, but what Kenny's doing is just riling people up for the sake of it and not showing much knowledge of the sport in the process.

brian kenny has been covering boxing for a long time.

he's only been on espn's boxing shows for 11 years , i think he might know a little something about the sport.

obviously he's not as knowledgable as you of course.

Floyd seems to be the only fighter that is required to fight everybody that casually mentions his name.

he isn't, but it doesn't look good that a fighter being called by plenty to take on the smallest one calling him out

Honestly, i watch espn every day, Kenny didint ask mosley "why did you avoid a fight with mayweather at 135" "why did you avoid a fight with mayweather in 2006". Those questions arent asked. Steroids is a hot topic, so thats common, especially in this day and age.

I dont think kenny is that even handed with mayweather in particular. For whatever reason, he comes at mayweather hard and mayweather reacts in a particularly defensive fashion towards him. one thing i will say is that he came at mayweather wrong back in 2006, no other boxer gets treated like that on there, not one.

he asked shane about the steroids thing before.

plus as you can see shane's interview video was not as long as mayweather's.

i'm sure brian is somewhat biased against mayweather. mayweather calls him names and insults him. he's only human.

that doesn't change the fact that he asked legitimate questions.

he's gotten on a few boxers before. he's been doing fnf for what 11 years? floyd is not the only guy he's asked tough questions before. floyd just overreacted and made it seem worse than it was.
