Every other country except America has hardcore devoted fans to boxing that take it to levels that Americans have never seen. Besides football (soccer) that is probably the biggest sport in almost every country except here. But which one has the most devoted fan base. The whole country of Mexico will back pretty much any fighter that comes from there, same way with Puerto Rico. Who is the most devoted?
