      he has to beat williams and cotto. I don't mind if he ducks mosley because mosley's starting to talk funny. I don't mind if he dodges manny and marquez because technically manny's too small and has unfinished business with marquez. Based on Roach's suggestion that Manny has no real business in the actual 147 division I don't really give a **** about that fight though it'd be fun to see happen.

          There are some people here who are slightly critical against Floyd for reasons of him not fighting who they wanted him too, so my question is;

          If Floyd fought and beat Marquez, then Pacquiao, then Cotto or Mosley (or both), would you give him the final credit and say he has proved his greatness (to the best he could be)?

          If not then why?

          No bitching, no arguing... no nut hugging no hating... just your opinions please...
          There is no doubt, you would have to give him his credit and anybody who didn't is not being realistic. I am not a Floyd fan by far but, I am all for a fighter who backs up what he says.

              I disagree with you he doesn't have to fight Williams I don't think, he is a Middleweight, if people find it okay for Williams to fight Mayweather then they shouldn't have a problem with Mayweather fighting Marquez. (In my opinion).

              Plus, whether the Floyd vs Pacquiao fight would be at 140 or 147 there fight night weight would be the same (unless his body changed through the lay-off), so it don't really make much difference because they will both be 148 on fight night.

              I think a Pacquiao fight is almost certain though if he beats Marquez convincingly... it would be much bigger than any other possible fight they could have. I already give him respect for what he achieved in the sport, but Marquez, Pacquiao, Mosley and/or Cotto to add to his resume would be the icing on the cake I think.

              Yeah, to be fair... I couldn't think of a reason for anybody not to give him credit.

              Might as well as replied to all of you in one post!
