Why Floyd choose to fight Marquez instead of Pacquiao,Cotto or Mosely?

Floyd haters are ridiculous sometimes. Fighters do this all the time. Come back afer a long lay off and you either:

a/ fight a fighter in the same weight class as you that is a bum
b/ fight a name fighter you are a bit bigger than

To Floyd's credit, he's fighting option B, but picked the number 2 P4P fighter who is a legit legend.

At least you're admitting that Floyd is bigger than Marquez which hardcore Floydstans have difficulty doing. You also practically admit that it's a tune-up so I give you props for being real.

Yes. This is clearly a tune-up. I'd rather have Floyd fight Marquez as a tune-up then Pacman then Cotto/Mosley. Marquez is very skilled and is a great fighter. No way Mayweather would come back and fight a Cotto right off the bat after a long lay off. That would be very dumb.
