I wouldn't necessarily say it affects punching power, more like punching effect. Imagine someone takes a swing at you with an 8 lbs sledgehammer using the same force as someone with a 10 lbs sledgehammer. The force will be the same but the damage of the bigger/heavier sledgehammer will have a greater effect/damage when it lands on your grill.Comment

Physics, that's the point I'm trying to make, but it's impossible to try to explain it to these imbeciles.I wouldn't necessarily say it affects punching power, more like punching effect. That's not even true.If you group the greatest punchers of the sport, the majority of them either have large hands for their size or very prominent knuckles. It's simple physics. Hand size has a direct impact on punching power, unless of course the person with big hands has no skills whatsoever.
Hearns has tiny littly hands.Comment

I don't quit man, if you want me to quit you would lose less time killing me. Like Zapata I'd rather die on my feet than live on my knees.
Seriously, i don't know where you did see that fact. Nobody in boxing said it, nobody proved it, and there is no linked proved scientifically between hand size and punching ability. Plus i would rather listen to a legend like Bernard Hopkins who defended his belt 20 times than the advice of a boxing fan who has an opinion and make ****** statements, like he was Larry ****en Merchant.
You can't prove your point so i ain't gonna believe you, that's it. It's to easy to say something like that. It's like saying having a small penis hurts your fertility.( example: Indians' ones are too small for our condoms, but in the population 45,3 % of their people are younger than 20 years old )Comment
