One of the most exciting rounds ever but also sad

The 11th round of Watson vs Eubank 2 was one of the most exciting rounds i remember watching, its a real shame what happened to Watson because of it. If that punch hadn't landed Watson could have been involved in even more great fights. I have massive respect for Watson he would have been a great champion and has battled back incredible from where he was after that fight.

Yeah the camera angle isn't very good on this clip the ITV one i have on DVD is better you can see Eubank eating up some big punches before going down, I think ITV said they will never show this again.
I really wish that Watson had won this, I would love to have seen him have a rematch with Nigel Benn there first fight was brilliant. I wonder how Calzaghe would have done against a young Watson.

Indeed, incredible round - incredible fight. Watson could have gone on to great things. That upercut by Eubank that does the damage is one of the best single punches I've ever seen.

I saw Watson a couple of years ago on the street in Tottenham he walking like a blind man, He was being lead by someone else..I went up to me and introduce myself, I told him i was a big fan of his fight with eubank and he was just happy that someone recognise him.

I nearly cried while i was walking away, Thats why i just laugh at all this internet tough warriors who come on here and critise fighters who say they fight for money.

I just read that they did not give Watson oxygen for 28 minutes after his injury was sustained ,thats just plain awful.

Yea a lot of errors was made that night but a lot has improve since them due to this errors.

Yeah, from what I've heard there were no medical personnel at ring side as there is now, and it took them quite a while to get there.
