3 smaller fighters back to back to back...

    great...
Damn man, you guys are too much. Juan Manuel Marquez is 5'7"
Miguel Cotto is 5'7", Floyd Mayweather Jr is 5'8" with a longer
reach than both. If Mayweather is so much bigger than Marquez
how come Cotto is not considered as such? Because if weight?
JMM brother already said he is sure that weight won't be an issue.
Floyd is back and will serve all these guys and the discredit and
hate will continue by finding excuses on why he won and why the
other fighter wasn't top of their game. I don't get it, Floyd is the
best boxer in the world and no matter how much people want to
deny it, it's undeniable. I like Manny Pacquiao but come on, Floyd's
been a great boxer while Manny just reached his peak. I read mixed
posts on here, first Manny will knock Mayweather out and then
you read Manny's too small for Floyd? Then you read, Cotto
would beat Mayweather, then you read, Cotto may be damaged
goods from Marg? Then I read Floyd is ducking Mosley and now
I read, Mosley ain't getting NO younger? I mean, it is ridiculous
how some people tend to flip flop on this site with the excuses?
Manny Pacquiao is the greatest according to so many but now
there's a chance he may be too small to beat Floyd? So why is
he considered the P4P best and Floyd isn't anymore?

    • floyd, your dad talked so much before the pacquiao-hatton fight, now he doesn't take responsibility for hatton's loss. at least he should have written another poem? if you fight hatton now, floyd, he will beat you.

      • if you fight pacquiao, floyd, you'll understand the pain hatton's going through right now cause pacquiao will end your career too, like hatton, dela hoya, barrera, morales, and soon the mexican crybaby marquez.

Funny how all those guys you named were past their prime, except for Morales in the first fight, and Marquez. And Manny lost them fights IMO. Wonder why he would duck a third fight with Marquez for so long. Probably because Marquez is young anyway, he has time.

I agree on the first part. If Hatton would have won, it would not have mattered what game plan he had used to win, Floyd Sr. would have took/demanded full credit for it.

they box alike, but at least calderon has more BALLS than mayflower, even though he is a midget

i mean, i wouldn't fight a guy 6 inches taller than me if i didn't have good power AND technique

there is a reason. b/c fans and haters both know whats up.
Who gives a dam about who ended who's career. It seems to me that you are just a Pacman hater. I am a Pacman fan, but I also respect Mayweather skills as a boxer and as a fighter. And I think Mayweather will have a little edge over Manny but still will be a great fight between 2 great fighters. You need to chill with the haterade.

what is marquez's brother supposed to say? that he will be a ballooned featherweight?

pac's considered the p4p best because of who he's beaten. floyd isn't anymore because he RETIRED. when you retire, you give away not only your belts, but your ranking as well

btw, the issue here isn't that floyd would beat old mosley or damaged cotto. the issue is that regardless of their physical state, they ARE the dominant champs at floyd's division. if he wants to be #1 p4p, he needs to:
                      1- beat the #1 p4p
                      2- clear his division
3- keep moving up and getting belts

probably he'll fight pac, defend his status against low competition and just retire again without fighting cotto or mosley (unless they give visible signs of something gone wrong with them)
