Two things I don't understand about the responses in this thread (since the hit list has been completed)

Why do people act like he made the list in 2005? He made it in 2009 and it was laughed off in 09. Saying "well he should have fought Mosley years ago" makes no sense because the idea of him fighting these guys was laughed off in 2009.

Why do people expect him to fight all these fighters at the same time? Obviously some names on the list would happen down the line. Once again, laughed off.

This is the "list" made in 2009 that Floyd will never fight.

8 fights were;

Mosley 2010
Ortiz 2011
Cotto 2012
Guererro 2013
Canelo 2013
Maidana x2 2014
Pacquaio 2015.

The only fight that happened well down the line was Pacquaio and at that time Pacquaio was still Top 3 P4P.

His following 3 fights were all guys from the "list".

Pacquiao fight was hard to make, it involved having Arum and Mayweather working again, they had a lawsuit in 2006 and a falling out and Floyd strongly felt that Arum still owed him money, which Arum has admitted to being true. When you put everything together, you see how tough it was to make that fight. But it had to happen when it did. Fans can say all they want after the fact, but the fight was in strong demand this year, more than ever.

brian kenny also called mayweather out a couple of years ago about fighting Judah instead of Baldomir and Hatton. and even though mayweather argued against fighting those 2 guys, he eventually stepped into the ring with them and beat them.

just stop hating. it's clear as day that mayweather could beat the klitschko brothers back to back on the same night and you still wouldn't be satisfied.
