Looking back makes you think that Floyd defintely had Manny on his radar...his first fight out of retirement was with Juan Manuel Marquez aka Mannys daddy, and he toyed with him.

What makes you think Floyd was scared of Manny.Back in 09 after Pac beat Cotto,Floyd people is the one that called Pacquiao`s rep`s to try to make the fight.Pacquiao and his people was reluctant to make the fight.And in the first negotiations Floyd did offer Pacquiao 50/50 just as long as they both take a test and Pacquiao turned it down claiming he`s afraid of needles and and that taking blood makes him weak. but yet he`s taking the same test for a Rios fight.After Pac turned down the first offer Floyd took the original offer off the table.
