He made the "hitlist" in 2009 when he was already sceduled to fight Marquez so some of the names are going to have been fought in the upcoming years.

Fact is he made the "hitlist" in 2009 and in the next 5 years he fought every name on the list.

Some (Pacquaio) should have happened much earlier but the fact remains that when he made the list a whole lot of people said he wouldn't fight any of them.

The list is Marquez, Mosley, Cotto, Ortiz and Pacquaio.

His next 4 fights after that were Marqeuz, Mosley, Ortiz and Cotto.

So his next 4 fights were 4 of the 5 names.

None of them other than Ortiz and arguably Pacquaio were in their prime when he made the hitlist though.

He didn't make the list in 2001.

It's not true though.

It's obviously a case of "eating crow" for the many people who laughed it off in this thread.

I'm just saying that the many people laughing it off in this thread, the shoes on the other foot now.

People are trying to now make out that Floyd waited for all the fighters to get old and past it before beating them which I find baffling.

He made the list, the list had 5 fighters on, his next 4 fights were 4 of the names on the list and all 5 were beaten in 5 years time.

It's not like it wasn't common knowledge that Floyd isn't an active fighter. When did people expect the list to be completed? In one year?

He made it, it was laughed off, he completed it.
