Ok, so a lot of people on boxingscene apparently believe everything they see...
Manny comes across as a very humble guy who never brags.
how the hell do you know for sure that Manny Pacquiao isn't faking his humility?! How can you be so sure? Do you have any proof? No, you will never have proof. how do you know what he is like behind closed doors? It's easy for anyone to show on t.v. that they are doing charitable stuff. a lot of celebrities do this. A lot of people even fake their religiousness. lol and using God in Boxing is pretty ridiculous... obviously, it is a very brutal sport and it is common sense also for everyone to know that boxing is not a sport God is happy with. But i guess it is a solution to a lot of boxers` financial problems. listen boxing is a very entertaining sport. but it is 2 humans FIGHTING each other, and HURTING each other. So, it is common sense that God does not like it. I mean come on humans were not put on earth to beat each other up! ...
tons of famous people fake their personalities so, please stop saying "oh manny is humble blah blah blah".
In the first place you have no basis for what you are saying, you are just guessing. Secondly, Pacquiao prefers to be will people most of the time, there would have been a leakage if that were true, after more than a decade of his boxing career.

"If you truly want to understand someone, don`t listen to what he says. See what he actually does. Because what a person does is truly what he is, not what he says."

Do you know of any other boxer who dishes out millions in relief of typhoon victims and the elderly, educational scholarships for the poor, hospital equipment donations, etc... ??? Aside from boxing, being a movie star, recording artist, TV host, basketball player and promoter, running for congress etc...?

What he does is what he says. And he does say a lot of important things, had helped thousands of people, if not millions, his very existence had affected lives worldwide.

As in World Wars and Civil Wars, one has to kill for God and country, yet considered sublime.

In Pacquiao`s case, he has boxing as a career job which God gave him as an instrument to help people who were as starving as him when he was young.

He is a modern-day Robin Hood.

And he doesn`t need selfish people like you to tell him who he is.

( i remember someone posting pics of manny on this website where he was dancing with some random women) and the fact that he is a politican lol don't even get me started on this.
Pacquiao has more papparazzi following his every move than the entire cast of ocean's 12. Every personality flaw Pacquiao has is already well documented over the past decade.

He spent hours at pool halls, was an admitted womanizer and even caught by his wife adulterating.

But the man is open about his mistakes and honestly strives to be a better person both in and out of the ring.

so whats your problem kid? what is it with you? do you have any problem with that? we liked manny because he is a great fighter, he entertains people. i'm not a catholic myself but i don't care and its not my business to mind how million times manny would kneel on the corner and do the sign of the cross whenever he fights, its his business not mine so just let the man do his business and let us mind our own. hes just doing what hew thinks is right

I doubt he is a bad guy or whatever you want to call it. Something about him seems very genuine.

Thats true right there, not saying Filipinos are the best type of people but once you hang out with a group of them they take you in as one of there own. Sure there are bad ones but the older more mature minded ones have total respect for others and dont come off big headed. There are young Filipino kids that act hard but doesnt every kid or teen do that.

Obviously this dude was trying to bash Pacs image by posting a ridiculous thread. Seriously Pac is a funny guy at times hes cracking a joke but some people just dont get it.

Pacquiao is the epitome of what a Filipino person is like, (not the boxing side of him but his personality) Pac tells jokes, always making people laugh, spiritual, loves to entertain (in singing).
