Calzaghe, Pacquiao, Cotto all fought the best in their weight class. Mayweather jumped around from weight to weight, not fighting the best. He missed alot of opportunities like Morales, Barrera, Casamayor and Marquez. This version of Marquez gives him next to no credit for the win because of the weight. He spends his last 4 out of 5 fights fighting at welterweight and doesn't even fight cotto, mosley, or clottey... That is laughable.

How long have you followed boxing, many of those guys you named didnt want to fight Floyd. Floyd was smart in moving up for bigger paychecks.

Start at 140 then fight Marvelous Marvin at 160.

Fighters do that **** on their own when they want a new challenge or physically outgrow their present division. Mr boat buyer moved up and left unfinished business at 147, cuz he won the world title and didn't do **** wit it. Nobody can logically diss him anymore if he beats the top WW's now.

Marquez wants a challenge but youre discrediting him wanting to take that challenge. Leonard and everybody who moved up left unfinished business, you cant fight them all.

Lacy then Kessler were seen as the best at 168 and Hopkins at 175.

Williams has moved up and in the mean time Cotto fought Margarito, Mosley and is fighting Clottey while Williams is fighting at 160.

I never understood this.

he never fights people that will give him a real challenge so we're always rooting for the underdog. I would have rooted against Ali and Tyson too at the time. Americans love an underdog.

Cotto is not huge you're wrong. Going up in weight has as much to do with height as weight. Cotto is a very short WW. He has a 67" reach, he would be a TINY JMW. Some people have the frame to go up and down in weight more effectively, Cotto does not.

Being there doesnt mean you know why Leonard too that fight, he even said he saw Hagler's poor performance prior to that and Hagler himself told his manager he was about to hang them up, also, Floyd fought Oscar at 154, he didnt move around nowhere near as much as Leonard did in that fight, Leonard gets credit for the way he "fought" and Floyd doesnt get any, sad and disgusting.
